2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the terms and conditions of use of the one-way video interview service (“Service”) offered by Synaps to the Candidate.

3. Scope of Service

Synaps will provide the Candidate with the following services:

• The candidate can record a video interview on the designated platform,

• Recording and evaluating the answers given by the candidate during the interview process,

• Forwarding the candidate's interview records to employers.

4. Candidate's Obligations

When using the Service, the Candidate agrees to comply with the following obligations:

• Use the Service for personal and professional purposes only,

• To provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the Service,

• Comply with all local and national laws regarding use of the Service.

5. Protection of Personal Data

Synaps will process the Candidate's personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ('KVKK') and the relevant legislation. The Candidate can review Synaps's Information Text for detailed information regarding the processing of his/her personal data.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, content and materials provided within the scope of the Service are owned by Synaps. The Candidate agrees not to infringe these rights and to use the Service only for the purposes specified in the Agreement.

7. Duration and Termination of the Contract

This Agreement shall enter into force on the date the Candidate starts using the Service and shall terminate when the Candidate stops using the Service. Synaps has the right to immediately stop the Service and terminate the Agreement in the event of the Candidate’s breach of the Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Synaps does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Synaps shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur during the use of the Service.

9. Dispute Resolution

Synaps does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Synaps shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur during the use of the Service.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

This Agreement replaces all agreements made between the parties and cannot be changed without the written consent of the parties. Failure of a party to exercise its rights arising from the Agreement does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

12. Entry into force

This Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by the parties.
